Must be physically fit (muscles preferred but not required)
Should be experienced in managing site preparation
Should have great communication skills and a good sense of humour
Should actively participate in job-site and safety meetings and ensure that specifications are followed to avoid accidents
Must be able to work safely and productively to ensure that site requirements are met
Site preparation should be done appropriately to ensure proper installation of materials
Read and interpret specifications
Must calculate distance, weight, volume and length measurements
Operate heavy equipment and conduct pre and post shift checks to ensure that they are in top shape
Knowledge of underground utilities
9 a.m - 5 p.m
