Transfer Station
Whether you’re excavating a new subdivision, removing an old parking lot, replacing sidewalks, or completing municipal utility work, our transfer station accepts qualifying construction materials from projects across Metro Vancouver.
Bring Your Material. We’ll Take It From There.
Accepted materials include:
- Excavated soil: We accept qualifying excavated soil from construction, excavation, utility, and site preparation projects.
- Broken asphalt: Broken asphalt from parking lots, roads, driveways, and paving projects is accepted for recycling.
- Broken concrete: We also accept broken concrete generated from demolition, excavation, and redevelopment projects.
- Mixed asphalt and concrete loads: No need to separate broken asphalt and concrete before arriving.
Mixed asphalt and concrete loads are accepted at the same price, making disposal simpler when separating the two materials at the job site is not practical.
Material acceptance can depend on the condition and contents of each load.
