The Certificate of Recognition program (COR™) is an occupational health and safety accreditation program that verifies a fully implemented safety & health program which meets national standards. The goal of the COR™ program is to empower employers with effective safety and health management system designed to reduce incidents, accidents and injuries. Reaching the standards of the COR™ program helps companies avoid costly human and financial costs associated with workplace injuries. COR™ is now recognized throughout Canada and is increasingly a pre-qualifying and/or condition of contract by public and private project owners across Canada.

Burnaby Blacktop’s management is proud to have achieved this high safety standard and are grateful to our employees and team leaders for bringing a great safety first attitude to every project we work on.
