A perfect drainage repair and installation was provided by Burnaby Blacktop. Furthermore, what started as a deteriorated concrete parking garage entrance was transformed by our amazing asphalt crew.

First, all of the cracked and sunken concrete was excavated and removed from the job site. A fresh road base was then added and compacted to maximum density. A new trench drain was installed and tied into the existing perimeter drain tile to ensure proper drainage. To finalize the job a 3-inch lift of asphalt was installed to perfection.
