Description:

Burnaby Blacktop Ltd. is looking for a reliable Seal Coating & Crack Sealing Technician to join our field team. This position involves hands-on work maintaining and protecting asphalt surfaces on commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.

Experience Required:

Must have 1 year experience as a Seal Coating & Crack Sealing Technician

Qualification:

• Experience with seal coating and/or crack sealing is an asset
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically capable of manual labour
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Perform seal coating and crack sealing on asphalt surfaces
• Prepare job sites, including cleaning, blowing, and masking
• Operate seal coating and crack sealing equipment
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work effectively as part of a crew in outdoor conditions
