Description:

Burnaby Blacktop Ltd. is looking for an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our paving crew. This role is essential to producing smooth, high-quality asphalt surfaces on commercial, municipal, and industrial projects.

Experience Required:

• Experience operating asphalt rollers is required

Qualification:

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Operate asphalt rollers safely and efficiently
• Compact asphalt to meet density and quality specifications
• Work closely with the paving crew and foreman
• Monitor mat temperature, rolling patterns, and surface finish
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with paving activities as required
