Our Strata contracted Burnaby Blacktop to repave the vehicle bridge in our complex this past year. Due to the complexity of the project, there were many hidden surprises that no one could have predicted. Danny and the team from Burnaby Blacktop were honest and transparent throughout the entire process. They provided clear and understandable explanations when problems arose and worked with us to solve our various problems. The construction team stuck to the schedule provided and were respectful of the tenants in our complex, moving their vehicles whenever needed. The project was completed on-time and when deficiencies were identified, they were addressed promptly with no fuss. I would highly recommend the Burnaby Blacktop team to anyone looking for large or small paving projects. High praise for this group!

Great company, I’ve dealt with them a couple of times now, once commercially and just recently for a residential project.Here’s a shout out to Rob the estimator who guided me through the process and prepared me for all stages of the project. Another shout out to Mike the site supervisor who accommodated all of my concerns and guided his team to deliver a fantastic end product.Watching these guys execute their craft was like a well oiled machine.Recent project was a 40 x 20 concrete driveway.Original project was an industrial park lawn and concrete curb restoration ( converting a gravel parking area back to lawn and curbs).Highly recommend this company and their personnel. I couldn’t be happier.

Their project manager, Rob Colaric, was very professional and kind from start to finish. Unlike many other project managers, he suggested different options and did his best to accommodate our budget. The work crews also did an amazing job in a timely manner. All staff and crews we communicated with were very friendly and easy to talk to.I deal with many contractors everyday, but Blacktop has been one of the best to deal with, from the quotation process through to the completion of the work.
