It was a great experience working with Burnaby Blacktop to pave our strata complex. Rob was our point of contact, followed through on the expectations. Everything was done on time. Any changes due to operational scheduling conflicts were communicated in advance.

We love our new driveway! Burnaby Blacktop gave us two estimates - concrete or asphalt. Their pricing was fair - especially when you see how many heavy duty trucks and men are involved! They arrived as scheduled, did not leave any mess, and the men were very good at their jobs. We were happy with the work and the price. Would certainly recommend this company.

I was so pleased with Burnaby Blacktop. The reviews are true. They exceeded my expectations. Over the past couple of years I have hired various companies to do various tasks. They all disappointed me in some way, i.e. poor installation, not-on-time issues, etc. Burnaby Blacktop exceeded my expectations –they were true to their word and everything was done seamlessly and without any difficulties. Burnaby Blacktop Ltd. Is a great company to work with, everyone is professional, organized and reliable. I highly recommend them for any paving or construction needs. I have worked with them on commercial and residential jobs and they never disappoint. The entire team is friendly and efficient, and special thanks to Josue as he is the project manager I deal with for the projects! He's quick to provide quotes regardless of timeline and constantly communicates any issues that may come up. I really appreciate his quick responsiveness!

I've never seen road crews ever work this hard and late into the night to complete a private roadway to 78 homes on Westwood Plateau. Unlike road crews, these guys care about their work and avoid public disruption and inconvenience. I highly recommend them for asphalt and will invite them back to resurface my concrete driveway, no question.

It took us some time to choose the right company to do our driveway, as my husband and I are both quite picky! We are so glad we picked Burnaby Blacktop. These guys don’t play, they are legit, they go by the rules. They are punctual, problem solvers, personable, professional and most of all did a fantastic job with the job at hand as well as cleanup, which is so important. From the start, the front office reception Monique, who returned my call immediately., to Michael our estimator who came out and went over everything in detail and was there every step of the way with any questions and concerns. He was exceptional! The prep crew who worked with Ardy’s crew, and Graeme…they were amazing problem solvers, very knowledgeable about the process and made the job run smoothly. The paving crew who worked with Tyler’s crew, quite the personalities lol. They were all like a well oiled machine, that ran like clockwork.., you all work so well together both crews!
